Pixi by Petra Eye Reflections Shadow palettes: Reflex Light and Natural Beauty
I received a gorgeous PR package from Pixi Beauty and this set includes two Pixi Eye Reflections Shadow palettes in Reflex Light and Natural Beauty. Also included was a cute brush set in a sunglass box.
I’ve tried other Pixi eyeshadow palettes before, and these are no less pretty!
Here’s the official description: These eyeshadows are incredibly rich in pigment and payoff. The 3D effect adds
depth and dimension, to really brighten and bring the light to the eye area!
Let’s first start with the Natural Beauty palette. This one is totally right up my alley. I love neutral palettes. I really suggest this palette to makeup newbies, or people on a budget. It’s got all the shades for a basic eye look, from soft to smokey.
I took so many closeup photos, and I’m gonna post many of them. So brace yourselves.
OK and then the swatches. I have divided them into matte shades and shimmer shades.
To be honest, I think the matte shades are too sheer for my liking. I mean, they’re not as pigmented as some other palettes I’ve tried, but considering the price, I’d say its fine.
More closeups of the matte shades.
Now the shimmer shades are much better than the mattes! I love them! They are shimmery, but not glittery. And they are all super gorgeous!
And closeups of the shimmer shades.
Here’s how they look in the palette.
OK next are is the Reflect Light palette.
This palette is all shimmer! I love shimmers! I mean this is a palette I would consider buying myself. But if you’re going to use these, it’s probably better in conjunction with other palettes which has base and transition shades.
OK brace yourselves for the closeup photos.
And the swatches. The first photo are the lighter shades.
And here are the more darker shades.
And here’s how they’re positioned in the palette.
So that’s it for the two eyeshadow palettes :)
Finally, the brush set. I’m not sure whether this is available online, but I can’t find it on their website. So I wont write the details here, just photos.
